FROM VAL: Made this cake this weekend and HOLY COW it was A-MAZING! I did use box mix with my extra ingredients instead of making homemade batter for cake - swirled caramel sauce into batter and baked - frosting was so creamy and made enough to frost 3 layer cake + still plenty to cover a 9x13 cake. DEFINITELY A KEEPER!
